Week 7

Week 7 jump rope has been excellent. 7 sets of 2 min each are actually more than the regular weekly target  jumps but mentally I am prepared for the sets. I manage around 230 jumps per set with a gap of around 30-40 seconds per set. I have never really enjoyed my jumps as much as I enjoyed them this week. Other than that, push ups are still a challenge along with lunges and floor jumps.

8MAs are also wonderful and I look forward to them everyday......!!!
Food as usual is ok, I do not feel hungry or the urge to eat more. But the temptation for junk food is still high and the second indulgence ticket came in at the right time as I badly wanted to eat some good south indian food.

I don't know about others but weekends usually disturb my workout routine as I keep on delaying them until I motivate myself and workout late night or skip them totally....3 out of the 4 times that I missed on my workout was on weekends.

The new PCP batch is a BIG never ending list and I found a few of my colleagues in the batch: Amy, Jordan, Randy, Abhi....seems the PCP fever is catching up within our company...I wish them all the best and want to assure them that PCP will get them to their goal of physical fitness even though it seems impossible when you start....

btw, week 7 snaps are up.

thats all for now...

Week 6: Almost halfway through

So with the weeks going by, PCP gets more and more demanding.  The exercises take much more time, strength and will power to get done on time.
Almost halfway through the project and I have missed my regular exercises for 4 days till date. Food is not a problem and I have been able to stick to the PCP guidelines.
Week 6 photos have been uploaded. I find a bit of improvement compared to Week 0 but still the goal is far far away.
8MA's are good. I am able to complete the them without much trouble so happy with it.

Had been to rafting last weekend at Minakami with a few friends and family. Although I had a indulgence coupon to cash, my wife got up early and prepared my food for me which made me stick to the PCP diet while others enjoyed their JUNK food.
Here are some snaps:

Last week was the last for Steveo, my boss with our company. He is moving for a much more challenging and lucrative job in Singapore. Have been working with him for the last 2 years and have learned a lot of good thing from him.and will miss him for sure.
Wishing him all the best for the future and hope we cross roads and work together sometime....

Enjoy the rest day and stick with the PCP gang....!!!
